When I posted Kylee's 4 month pictures she hadn't gone to the doctor's yet so here are her latest stats: 14 lbs 15 oz (75%tile)and 25 1/2 inches long (90%tile). At 4 months, Chad weighed in at a whopping 18 lbs 5 oz and 26 1/2 inches long (both >90%tile). These pictures were taken when they were both 4 months old....I think there's a bit of a resemblance!!

Balloon Fun!
This week has been full of birthdays! We celebrated my brother's and John's birthday last Sunday. Then my niece's 2nd birthday party was yesterday and our friend's twin girls had their 2nd birthday party at Holland Park this afternoon. All the kids got to take home a Blue's Clue's balloon so Chad was sooooo excited. When we got home, Kylee was sitting in the Bumbo and Chad started "whacking" the balloon with a foam paddle. Kylee thought it was the most hilarious thing so we had to take a video of them cracking each other up!

Stonycreek Farm and Pumpkin Patch
Today we took advantage of the gorgeous weather and went to Stonycreek Farm and pumpkin patch for the first time. Chad loved playing in the dirt, climbing the haystacks, and throwing hay at us and the camera everytime we tried to take a picture. Needless to say, we did come home with four great pumpkins and one worn out little boy. Kylee was great too! She was in a snugli carrier either sleeping or just being content.

Kylee is 4 Months Old
I can't believe it has already been 4 months since we welcomed little Kylee Alexis into this world. And a year ago yesterday that we found out I was pregnant. Whew...where does the time go? Kylee is changing and growing everyday. She is a pro at rolling from her back to belly now. So much in fact, that everytime we put her down on her playmat, she almost immediately rolls over, entertains herself for a little bit, then starts fussing because now she is stuck on her belly (even though she has rolled from belly to back before). Kylee can also sit in the Bumbo chair and plays in the exersaucer and rainforest jumperoo. We started feeding her rice cereal about 2 weeks ago and somedays she really loves it, and other days, not so much. I'm sure this is very normal for her age, its just very different from how her brother was. I swear Chad came out wanting to eat steak and potatoes!
